Alignment begins within — and then it fills the room.
This is not an add-on service. It is a genuine practice. Through sound meditation and the Zen presence of the Cheon Su Shim Gi lineage, I teach a way of returning to yourself — and once you feel that inner alignment, it changes how you inhabit your outer space, your home, your life. Inner and outer are one practice.
“When the inner space is quiet, the outer space finally makes sense.”
Alignment comes through many doorways
Every service offered here is a different entry point into the same experience — a moment of recognition, a return to center, a taste of what it feels like when your inner and outer life move together.
Some people arrive through sound. Others through their home. Others through questions they've been carrying for years. Wherever you enter, the direction is the same.

Our Services

Sound is one of the oldest tools for presence. A crystal bowl doesn't ask anything of you — it simply creates the conditions for stillness to arise.
These sessions use crystal bowl meditation, voice healing, and sound journeys to quiet the noise, soften the body, and invite you back to a place of center. You don't need experience with meditation. You don't need to be "spiritual." You just need to show up and let the sound do what sound does.

External conditions — a beautiful home, a sound bath, a gemstone — can create a taste of alignment. But lasting alignment comes through practice.
Dhyana — the consistent, conscious return to center — is what makes the difference between a moment of peace and a way of being. Through the Cheon Su Shim Gi lineage, I teach presence as a lived practice: how to remain centered, soft, and responsive when life is moving fast, when decisions are hard, when things don't go as planned.
This is not a wellness trend. It is a lineage. And it works.

The spaces we live in hold energy — the memory of how we've felt there, what we've been through, what we've outgrown. When a space feels heavy, stuck, or just not quite right, it affects everything: sleep, creativity, relationships, focus.
A home energy alignment session is a walkthrough — physical and energetic — of your living space. We look at what's blocking flow, what's out of place, and what simple shifts would create an environment in which you can actually rest, think, and thrive.
Think of it as interior design for what the eye can't see, but the body always feels.
Available in-person (Greater Boston area).

A beautifully designed room is more than aesthetic. When a space is aligned with how you actually live — how you move through it, what you need to feel calm, what inspires you — daily life quietly improves.
An interior design consultation brings together an eye for beauty, a background in how homes are built and sold, and an understanding of how energy moves through space. The result is a room — or a whole home — that feels like it was made for you.
Sessions cover:
Color direction and material selection
Furniture flow and spatial arrangement
Sourcing support and vendor referrals
The feeling you want to wake up to every day

Your exterior is the first breath your home takes. Before a visitor steps inside, before you open the front door, the land around your home is already communicating something.
A landscape consultation helps you create an exterior that feels intentional — one that reflects the season, the climate, and the way you want your home to feel from the outside in.
Covers:
Plant selection for New England climate and seasonal rhythm
Layout, flow, and visual harmony
Low-maintenance design that still feels alive and considered
Available for properties in the Greater Boston area.
