A home is not a transaction. It is a transition — from one chapter of your life to the next.
— Nadia Mounsif

Boutique Broker & Zen Teacher.

For years, I measured success by scale. As a managing broker at Coldwell Banker Realty, I oversaw more than 120 agents — coaching, closing, solving problems at volume. I learned the industry from the inside out: how deals really work, where they break, and how to protect the people at the center of them.

I closed more than 100 homes and built six years of hard-won expertise. And somewhere in all of it, I realized I wanted to do this differently. Around the same time, I found my way to Zen.

I began practicing — and eventually teaching — in the Cheon Su Shim Gi lineage, learning that presence is a discipline, not a mood. Sound, breath, and stillness became a daily practice that changed how I move through the world. I stopped rushing. I started listening. And I noticed something that had been true all along: the spaces we live in shape the lives we live inside them.

That is where these two paths converge. I left the volume behind to become a Boutique Broker — working with a small number of clients, personally, with the full weight of my experience behind each one. And I built House of Alignment as the place where all of it lives together: real estate, design, and wellness, guided by one idea.

A home is not a transaction. It is a transition — from one chapter of your life to the next. So I don’t just help you find a house. I help you find the right one for the life you actually want. That is the work. That is the alignment.

Beyond Real Estate

Creating the external conditions for alignment to arise naturally.

To my Zen lineage, I am Cheon-Su Shim Gi.

My work is at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern life. My path has been a journey of bridging these two worlds: the timeless teachings of the monastery and the practical aspects needed for modern life.

As the founder of House of Alignment, my role is to create and influence the external conditions in which alignment naturally emerges. Whether it is through business, sound, art, space, teaching, or movement.

My mission is to help you build a life that is as centered, creative, and aligned.

A Life Between Worlds

Born in Casablanca, Morocco, and raised across continents, I learned early on to live at the intersection of different realities.

For years, I navigated the world through intellect and achievement. I hold two master’s degrees in engineering and built a career on logic, data, and structure. On paper, the equation was complete. But internally, a quiet call persisted—a knowing that life was vaster than the systems I was building.

That call led me through deep inner inquiry, breathwork, and the path of Zen. It stripped away the layers of who I thought I should be, revealing the simple truth of what is.

In 2025, after years of practice and a profound shift in consciousness, the veil lifted. I saw that nothing is separate. The noise of the world and the depth of the heart are not two different things.

Thousand Hands, One Mind

My Dharma name, Cheon-Su Shim Gi, translates to Thousand-Hands Mind Qi.

In the Zen tradition, the "thousand hands" represent the Bodhisattva’s commitment to using whatever tool is necessary to serve the moment. This name is the ultimate answer to the question: “How can you be a Zen teacher and a Real Estate strategist? How can you be a mystic and an entrepreneur?”

They are simply different hands of the same source: The Hand of Strategy and Business, The Hand of Creation (ArtiZen Entreprise), The Hand of Presence (as a teacher at the Mind Light Way, School of Zen), The Hand of Devotion (as a mother to my biological daughter, but also as a mother to all human beings).

Walking the Path of Zen

I do not believe in "fixing" you, because I do not believe you are broken. I am not here to offer you a 5-step optimization plan or high-vibe spiritual platitudes. I am here to offer a reflection. To be a field of Clarity, Humanity, and Heart to remember your own clarity, humanity, and heart. And a mirror where you can see your own Truth.

If you are tired of the noise, if you are exhausted by the hustle, if you crave a life that feels as true on the inside as it looks on the outside—welcome.

May all beings, in all realms, be liberated and free.
