Nadia Mounsif

Nadia Mounsif is a Zen teacher, author, artist, entrepreneur, mother, portal opener and spirit whisperer.

Her mission is to offer a new paradigm on the art of living:

Clarity. Simplicity. Alignment. Joy.

By teaching the Art of Zen and embodying its wisdom in everyday life, Nadia demonstrates integration, heart-led living, and compassionate truth. Through presence and example, she invites others to do the same.

Through her life, her words, and her work—including books like The Little Book of Joy and The Paths Left Untaken, as well as podcasting, sound and nature-based healing, and tactile creative arts—she transmits the calm, groundedness, empowerment, and clarity that arise from this shift in perspective.

And with that, an invitation:

To join in, explore, breathe, align, and integrate.

This is a cultural shift—where the unseen realms merge with the physical dimensions of life, and the internal naturally manifests in the external.

In this unfolding, the Truth is uncovered.
And with it, the ultimate realization:
The bridge is crossing an imaginary river. Separation is an illusion.

Born in Casablanca, Morocco and raised between cultures, Nadia has always straddled different worlds—science and spirit, logic and intuition, external and internal.

She holds two master’s degrees in engineering and information technology, is a MENSA member, and built a successful career in real estate, leadership, and entrepreneurship. On the outside, everything looked “right.”

But something was missing.

A journey that began in 2003 with her first breathwork experience—and later, a yoga teacher training in 2019—was about to take a furious twist.

In 2023, a deep spiritual call—subtle at first—became impossible to ignore. Through motherhood, divorce, and personal awakening, Nadia underwent a complete inner transformation. She realized that personal success was useless. And that Truth isn’t something to seek, it’s something to live. In words. In actions. In intention.

The storm that followed was powerful. And cleansing.

In 2024, she found Zen.
In 2025, during a profound Kensho experience, the veil lifted. Nadia came into direct contact with the truth beyond words.

That realization changed everything. And the ego death and integration is still unfolding to this day.

What followed was the creation of a new path with the aim to be a catalyst for compassion in the world.
