Full Moon Ritual

  • Artizen Press LLC 7 Lincoln Street Wakefield, MA, 01880 United States (map)

Section 1: The Preparation

Time: 8:30 PM – 9:00 PM (Local Time)

  • Fill a silver or stainless steel vessel with fresh water. Place it upon your altar or by a window catching the night sky.

  • Ignite incense or an oil lamp to purify the space.

Section 2: The Alignment & Invocation

  • Face North to align with the Earth’s magnetic pole and anchor the etheric tide into your physical reality.

  • Speak the following aloud to set your intent:

"I anchor my physical form and expand my energetic resonance. I stand as a pillar of love within the global grid, elevating the frequency of this earth. I vow to radiate unconditional love, compassion, and kindness across all realms. I hold the space for collective liberation and align with the great flow of life with reverence, devotion, and clarity."

Section 3: The Bow

  • Bow three times to your altar. If you have no altar, bow to the moon, the stars, and the earth.

The purpose is to soften the heart, surrender the ego, and cultivate devotion to the great flow of life.

Section 4: The Cultivation

  • 5 minutes of gentle Qi cultivation to slowly guide the Kundalini upward.

  • 1 minute of deep, rhythmic breathwork.

Section 5: The Transmission

  • Chant the Heart Sutra (Korean translation). Let the syllables wash over you.

  • Sit in stillness for 16 minutes, holding the Prithvi (Earth) Mudra (tip of the ring finger touching the tip of the thumb). Let this mudra ground your spiritual expansion firmly into the physical plane.

Section 6: The Closing

  • Silently recall the Bodhisattva vows.

  • Take your vessel of water, now charged with your sovereign intent, and pour it at the base of a tree or plant. Return the anchored energy to the earth.
